How to shuffle the students using XLS sheet with random function?
-First you need to fill the details of users what ever you want
-you need a complete details of user
-after completing all the details you need to make new tab for using random function

 

--Use =ran() after that press enter button

- it will generate some random number on the spread sheet

-copy that code an drag from where youwant   

And select that random number and copy it

after that go to DATA tab and select the sort button choose  whatever type of sorting you want then you can you can change shuffling the data
